Reaching schools

Reaching schools

The Gallery’s unique programme of workshops and school exhibitions is designed to foster creativity and self-esteem from an early age. The Gallery functions as an ‘out-of-school’ professional space and works closely with teachers to develop it’s programme.

Offering young artists the chance to develop projects alongside the gallery’s curator, artists and director, Studio 106 provides a professional forum in which to present work and gain feedback, leading to increased confidence and motivation.

At a stage where decision making for the future is difficult but essential, our programme helps young people to take well-informed, positive steps into the future.

Please see our schools exhibitions section for details of previous projects developed with schools.
